Instruction for Camera Ready Paper Preparation and Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the camera ready paper before it can be published in the conference proceedings. The steps for successful submission are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Step 1<\/strong><\/td>\nThe camera ready paper submission is linked to the registration.\u00a0 At least one author must register and commit to pay the conference fee before uploading the paper.\u00a0 Please go to the\u00a0registration page<\/strong>\u00a0to complete the registration. There is a manual validation of the registration before the final submission is accepted.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 2<\/strong><\/td>\nAuthors should consider the reviewers comments and revise their manuscript accordingly.\u00a0 The camera ready paper must be formatted according to the\u00a0IEEE Computer Society formatting guidelines<\/strong><\/a>, which can also serve as a template for preparing the paper (MS Word format is encouraged)<\/em>.\u00a0 The maximum number of pages including figures, tables and references is six (6<\/strong>).\u00a0 Additional pages may be purchased for USD 40 per page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 3<\/strong><\/td>\nThe camera ready paper must be submitted in IEEE Xplore-compatible Portable Document Format (PDF) as a single file. \u00a0Therefore, the paper should be certified by IEEE PDF eXpress, the IEEE’s online PDF file diagnostic tool.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the button below to log into the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus website.<\/li>\n

  2. Click on the link \u201cNew Users \u2013 Click here\u201d and fill in user\u2019s information.\u00a0 User needs to enter the conference ID, which is:\u00a037561XP<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. An email confirming the successful creation of the PDF eXpress Plus account will be sent to the user.\u00a0 Once the account is created, the user can access the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus website.<\/li>\n
  4. To begin, click on the “Create New Title” button, and enter the paper title. Next, click on the “Submit File for Checking or Converting” button before submitting either a\u00a0MS Word<\/em>\u00a0file for conversion, or a PDF file for verification.\u00a0 If there is a problem with the file, the user will receive an e-mail detailing the problem(s); otherwise, a confirmation of successful conversion or verification will be emailed with a copy of the converted\/ verified IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file attached.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If troubles are encountered when creating or verifying the PDF file, please contact the IEEE <\/strong>Publications Support Centre<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Note: The PDF eXpress Plus is not<\/strong> a paper submission system. The author needs to rename and upload the certified IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of the paper separately (see Step 4).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Step 4<\/strong><\/td>\nUpload the certified IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of the camera ready paper online through the EasyChair conference management system<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Use the user name and password that have been created previously to login.<\/p>\n

Click on your\u00a0Paper ID<\/strong>\u00a0tab, choose\u00a0Submit A New Version<\/strong>\u00a0to upload your camera ready paper.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Step 5<\/strong><\/td>\nPrint and complete the\u00a0copyright transfer form<\/strong>\u00a0with the authors\u2019 signatures<\/strong>, scan the form and save it as a PDF file, then send it to the Publication Chair via email<\/strong><\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Only the papers of the authors who have registered for the conference, paid the conference fee, uploaded the camera ready paper and submitted the copyright transfer form by\u00a01 June 2016<\/strong>\u00a0will be included in the CAMP\u201916 conference proceedings.<\/p>\n

Successful registration and the acceptance of the final submission will be acknowledged via email to the designated corresponding author.\u00a0 The printed receipt of the conference fee will be issued at the time of the conference.<\/p>\n
